A PRACTICAL PLACE TO START / WEBSITE VISIBILITY REVIEW

What you receive.
Something you can act on.

A review connects observations to decisions.
Agree on the scope before we begin.

01

A picture of where you stand

A review of your website and relevant discovery channels, tied to your services, customers, and business goals.

02

Findings you can understand

Specific observations with screenshots or examples. Each connects a problem to its potential effect on your business.

03

A prioritized action plan

Recommended actions, why they matter, and which to address first. Separate immediate fixes from improvements that need more work.

04

A conversation about what’s next

Walk through the findings and your options: act on the plan yourself, work with your existing provider, or discuss help from Goodscope.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE · NOT A CLIENT RESULT

A customer is ready.
The contact path isn’t.

Area: Mobile contact journeyPriority: Address first

Problem

A home service website places its phone number at the bottom of a long page. The service page has no clear way to call or request a quote.

Business impact

A visitor who needs help now has to hunt for the next step. They may leave for a competitor whose contact details are easier to find.

Measure completed inquiries before and after the change to see whether it helps.

Start with the review. Build from there with improvements, implementation, or ongoing support suited to your business.

Talk about your starting point

THE APPROACH

Understand.
Prioritize.
Move forward.

Technical insight should lead to useful decisions. The work starts with your business, then connects what we find to a clear next step.

Start the conversation
  1. 01

    Define the right question.

Discuss your services, customers, and goals. Agree on what to examine, what you’ll receive, and the cost before work starts.

  2. 02

    Look closely. Explain clearly.

Review the agreed areas and connect specific findings to their potential business impact. Prioritize practical recommendations with the evidence behind them.

  3. 03

    Choose how to move forward.

Walk through the plan together. Decide what you can handle, what your existing provider can help with, and whether to scope implementation or ongoing support with Goodscope.

BEFORE WE TALK

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Is Goodscope only a website review service?

No. Goodscope is a digital consultancy focused on visibility, website effectiveness, local discovery, search trends, and opportunities for customer inquiries. A website visibility review is one way to start. Website improvements, implementation, and ongoing support can be discussed as separately scoped work.

What if I don’t know what needs fixing?

That’s a useful place to start. Tell us what your business does, who you serve, and what you want to improve. We can identify a sensible starting point together. You don’t need technical language or a finished brief.

Do I need to share website passwords?

An initial conversation and review of your public website don’t require passwords. If agreed work needs access later, we’ll discuss a secure way to provide the specific access needed. Please don’t send passwords through the inquiry form or email.

Can you help if I don’t have a website yet?

Yes, we can discuss how customers currently find and contact your business, and what a useful website would need to do. You can leave the website field blank when getting in touch.

Will the review include making the changes?

The review provides findings and recommendations. Implementation is agreed separately, so you can decide how to move forward and who should do the work.

How much does it cost?

Work is scoped around your business and what you need. We’ll discuss the goals, deliverables, and cost before it starts. Sending an inquiry doesn’t commit you to a project.

What about SEO and AI search visibility?

We can discuss search engine optimization (SEO) and visibility in AI-powered search, sometimes called generative engine optimization (GEO), in the context of your business. The starting point is accurate business information, useful service content, and a website people can understand and use. Any work is scoped around a concrete need; search rankings or lead volumes aren’t guaranteed.
